  Extremely disappointed with the way this gym is handled. Came in only asking for membership rates. Was referred by an existing member who had spoken to the manager and was told free month would be offered. This was not offered when I came in. Was coerced to give my details as " this special deal wont be here tomorrow" under the condition that there was a cooling off period. I stated clearly if I give my details would I be able to cancel as I'm still looking around and she said yes and all my money would be refunded if I chose another gym. The next day I went in to cancel as of course there was a hundred better deals and was treated with the utmost disrespect by KAYLA who was extremely disgusting in her behaviour and body language that no customer should ever be treated in this manner. She used her authority as 'club manager' to her favor stated there was nothing I can do and I would not get my money back. I informed her this was clearly not stated at point of meeting. Kayla is a cheat- I asked for head offices number she told me that even if I was to complain that it will go back to her grinning happily and gave me a disconnected number. And still awaiting for the Franchise Owner to get back to me to explain how these people sleep at night lying to the customers and stealing their money. Zero stars and probably won't be standing for very much longer.

  Been a member for years. Was never a fan of 24/7 gyms until I stumbled into this gym. It has everything and more then the larger gyms and it's just been refurbished! It's so much nicer before! Gym equipment aside, I've always felt welcomed and never pressured by the staff here and it seems to rub off on the members.
  
  Definitely a lifetime member.

  One of the better equipped Anytime Gyms. Plenty of cable, plate and pin loaded machines. I only go daytime so there's usually just 10 members there max. Staff leave you alone so can get in and get it done. Plenty of easy parking. Its clean and well maintained.

  Best Anytime in Vic, by far. Huge space, new equipment, plenty of parking, ventilation and equipment. Met new owner for the first time and felt very welcomed. Again, fantastic facility and the upgrade is outstanding. Great work!!

  Great gym, probably down to having a great owner and manager! Huge, and has the right combination of carefully considered equipment.

  Big, roomy, lots of duplicate equpiment, always clean & tidy. One of my favourite AF gyms.
